Hen Do’s

Hen Do’s With Alpacas!

We can guarantee our Alpacas will give the bride-to-be a hen party she’ll never forget! Cheshire Alpacas is definitely a unique and fun alternative idea to your ‘usual’ hen do.

We can cater for up 12 guests walking alpacas, however, if there is any additional guests, they’re more than welcome to join the fun as a spectator. (additional charges will apply for spectators)

Your hen do will begin with a short safety briefing where we’ll go through all the important stuff and all the ‘do’s & the don’t’s to ensure that your experience is as safe and as enjoyable as possible.

The bride-to-be will then get to choose which one of our handsome Alpaca boys she’d like to take out before she takes on married life!

All the hens will then get to have some bonding time their new best friends (which they will be!) And you’ll also get to feed them their breakfast before we head out on to the walk.

The walk itself usually lasts for around 30 minutes, however this does all depend on the Alpacas. Sometimes they like to take their time and enjoy the scenery, other times they like walk around slightly quicker. As mentioned earlier, the Alpacas welfare is more important to us than anything, and we will never rush them as we like it to be just as enjoyable for them as it is for you guys. What the alpaca wants, the alpaca gets! (yes – all of our animals are a little spoilt here on the farm!)

Once the walk has finished, we’ll then release them back into the paddock, where they’ll spend the rest of the day, grazing. You’ll then get some free time after the walk to mingle with the entire herd, feed them their favourite treats and of course get those all important, last minute selfies with your trekking buddy..well until next time!

Not to worry if you forget your camera, because we become your personal photographers throughout the experience too, capturing those all important special moments of you on your ‘hen do to remember’! You’ll even each get to take home a framed photograph of you with your fleecy friend as a souvenir to remember your day.

Once your experience has finished, you’ll be able to sit back, relax and enjoy a brew in the company of the alpacas and reflect on your day! Or better yet, why not paca some prosecco!

We had fantastic time at Cheshire Alpacas this week. Sophie and her mum could not do enough for us and made sure my daughter had an amazing experience. The alpacas are beautiful and it's obvious that the animals are very much loved and cared for. We will definitely be booking again for Christmas.
