Here at Cheshire Alpacas, we pride ourselves on the safety & welfare of not just our animals, but all of our lovely visitors too.
We have put all the extra safety measures in place to ensure your visit is as safe & enjoyable as possible.
We have reduced the amount of guests who visit the farm at any one time, which means the groups are really small, making it extra personal.
You will be asked to sanitise your hands on arrival, and will be directed to your own pen where your Alpacas will be patiently waiting for their new best friend to arrive.
Social distancing is made very easy during your experience, as the experiences take place in a very large field, the alpacas have even learnt social distancing! We always ask our guests to make sure they leave an ‘alpaca’ size gap between each group at all times, but we will be there to assist with this too.
Masks aren’t essential when outdoors, however please bring a mask with you incase you’d like to pop into our gift shop/toilets etc, as it is essential to wear masks when going indoors.
All leads & halters are washed and sanitised after every use.
Due to the government guidelines, we will no longer be accepting bookings of groups larger than 6.
Please be sure to check your local travel restrictions prior to your visit. If your location is in a local lockdown, please reschedule your experience, alpaca walking is not classed as essential travel.
If your awaiting COVID test results, please reschedule your experience for a later date. Please do not visit whilst waiting for your results.
If you are feeling unwell or have COVID Symptoms, please reschedule your experience for a later date.
Lets work together to keep everybody as safe as we can.
